I'm scared the rapture is coming soon? Help me :(?

ok, I'm pretty sure I believe that it won't happen on may 21 because the bible said no one will know the day or hour, but so many people think the rapture is coming soon though and it's really scaring me. I'm only 14 and I can't stop researching it even though it's making me feel worse. I'm also scared cuz I have a lot of mortal sins right now and my bf doesn't believe in God Sao I'm scared he would like go to hell. please help me, my church also says if u don't go to church Its a mortal sin and you'll go to he'll if you die and that makes me paranoid but then I start thinking if I'm so scared why don't I just start going and then I get a headache and uuurg!!!!!!! Please help me :(
