How do I report fraud againest my University?

See this is the thing I'm going to College Online and the loans are coming from the College instead of the Government(Sallie Mae) etc. and plus on my Tuition Statement the address that they have on there it was nowhere to be found so I looked it up in the yellow pages and it's the same address as the College....SAo please help me and let me know how can I get this College UNDER INVESTIGATION....cause something is not right!!!!!
