Why should i get a car?

I think that unless cyclists have to pay road tax or insurance, then you shouldnt really be on the road especially in a city. I am not having a pop at cyclists im all for exercising in parks etc but on main roads if you hit a car, you leave the problems with the motorist. Also you dont have to worry about rain or thunderstorms in a car
